Unimart is a venture by United Phosphorus Ltd (UPL), established with an objective to contribute services to improve Indian farming by providing solutions to optimize farm productivity
- Overseeing and participating in demand creation process at grass root level and conducting daily contact programmes for farmers benefits.
- Strategy Implementation to ensure adherence to annual budget plan.
- Responsible for sales v/s Target achievement.
- UPL Brand awareness at farmer level.
- Development activity in selected villages, relationship management of existing farmers.
- Be an active agent of Unimart contact programs by guiding, tutoring & attracting customers towards the advisory and solutions of Unimart.
- Feedback collections of customers on product and services to cross verify for effective relationship development.
- Responsible for Farmer data collection and enrolment.
- Increase in foot fall, conversion ratio & ticket size.
- Relationship management with existing farmers, coordination with Farmers, with the view of Maximizing farmers delight.
- Innovation – suggestion and idea sharing.
Qualification and Experience:
- Preferably Graduate / Diploma in Agriculture Science.
- Good communication skill, outgoing personality, capabilities to influence clients.
- Socially adept and excellent Team Skills.
- Excellent time management and Result focused.
